Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes or customs duties.
These amounts, determined by the authorities of the destination country, remain the responsibility of the client.

They cannot be refunded, including in the event of non-collection of the package.

Deliveries

What are the delivery costs in France?

We offer free standard delivery in mainland France, with no minimum purchase required.
Each Eva Ventai fan is a delicate piece, therefore it benefits from careful packaging and appropriate shipping.

Processing and shipping times

Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop.
Shipments are made within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times then vary depending on the carrier and are expressed in working days.
During periods of high activity or when collections are limited, an additional delay may occur.
In this case, a personal notification will be sent to you by email.

International Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination country.
They reflect the care required for transporting a fragile, handcrafted piece, packaged in its case and high-end textured box. Shipments are made via DHL Express or Colissimo International, depending on the geographical area.
The observed delivery times are generally between 3 and 7 working days.

Any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
These amounts cannot be refunded, including in the event of non-collection of the package.
If in doubt, we recommend consulting local customs services before finalizing your order.

Our team remains available for any questions related to your international delivery.

International delivery zones and rates

Our international fees vary depending on the geographical area.
They incorporate high-end packaging, designed to protect each handcrafted piece during its journey.

Do you offer repairs after several years?

Yes, depending on the material, the model and the availability of components.
Our workshop examines each part and determines the most suitable solution.

Partial or delayed delivery

Some limited editions may require additional time.
In this case, the information is provided before order confirmation.

Returns

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
The parts must be returned in their original condition, unused, accompanied by their case and box.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To guarantee perfect traceability, we recommend tracked or insured shipping.

Once the part has been received and checked by our workshop, the refund is made according to the original payment method.

Our customer service team remains available to assist you throughout the process.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped.
You can track your parcel at every stage of its journey.

Premium gift wrapping / presentation

Each fan is prepared in a neat presentation, designed to be given as a gift.
Gift wrapping can be added upon request.

Order modification or cancellation

An order can be modified or cancelled as long as it has not been shipped.
Contact us quickly so we can intervene.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo.
We will find the most suitable solution.

What should I do if my parcel is lost or delayed?

In case of delay or loss, our team opens an investigation with the carrier and assists you until the issue is resolved.

Incorrect address / uncollected package

In case of an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the reshipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Items not eligible for return (if applicable)

Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Refund deadlines

Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
